When we decided to sell, we had the opportunity to use Joel again as our realtor. We had quickly learned how dedicated to his client he is. He is honest, thorough, listens to his clients and is excellent at communicating. He went above and beyond at each step of the way to help us originally build our custom home, and exceeded our expectations throughout the selling process. Joel was the first to offer help with even little things (like moving appliances and preparing the home for showings) while my husband was alone dealing with the home sale. Joel made us feel like he actually cared about whether or not our home sold, where other realtors made us feel as if all they cared about was when they could pick up a commission cheque. As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing but Joel helped guide us through everything, pushed us (but didn't pressure us) to make the right moves and if he hadn't we wouldn't have gotten the property. He took the time to explain everything so we understood, laid out all of our option and then gave us space to make our own decisions. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable and patient - he goes above and beyond for his clients, including me.
